While NASA has already said on Monday while talking about its site for landing its Mars 2020 rover mission that it does have the potential to bring about a revolutionary change around what we think about Mars and its possibility around harboring habitat.
A theoretical physicist has said that humans need to learn from the extinction of dinosaurs while colonizing Mars. They need to have a plan in order to avoid the same. As per the Physicist by name Michio Kaku, 99.99% of life forms are known to disappear from earth and same is going to be the case with humans unless off-course humans shift to Mars.
He also mentioned that the dinosaurs did not have any space program and hence they are extinct today. He was talking to ABC news and said that Extinction is a norm that mother-nature has two sides of hers, the one that is cuddly and the other that is merciless. He further added colonizing Mars could be done by starting the green-house effect deliberately to heat up the climate there so it becomes livable.
He also added that on Mars you only need to raise the temperatures by some 6 degrees and after that Mars itself does the rest, by reforming itself, thus giving us a sudden runaway greenhouse effect.
NASA has already a plan in place to land humans on the Mars by 2030 besides even Tesla’s popular Red Tesla Roadster rocket, that Space X launched did pass the Mar’s orbit said a tweet from Tesla itself.
As per this physicist a plan B has to be in Place in order to avoid the extinction of human kind and the example of the same can be taken from extinct creatures like dinosaurs as mentioned before.
