Report :
The industrial visit is organized to visit Visvesvaraya Industrial and Technology Museum, Bangalore for the inauguration of full-scale model of Chandrayan 3 on 2nd November 2023. A total of 30 students and 2 staff members participated from the Aerospace Department, ACSCE.
The industrial visit started at 10.00 am from the college campus in the college bus and reached the Museum at 11.00 am. The students were welcomed by the event organizers.
Dr.P. Veeramuthuvel, Project Director Chandrayan 3, ISRO has inaugurated the model and delivered a very informative and motivational speech on the CHANDRAYAN 3 mission that created History. He has shared his experience and imparted awareness among the students about the technical specifications of Chandrayan and future on Lunar missions. Then the students witnessed the various heart provoking models and real-time working prototypes of various spacecraft assembly and sub-assembly, systems and equipment for space missions.
The students left the premises at 2:00 PM after gaining knowledge on Chandrayan 3 mission and other space explorations.
